Who we are

What we collect

When you use our website or survey we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, business type and team size — and technical information such as pages visited, referring website and campaign parameters (UTM tags).

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, book and run your strategy call, provide and improve our services, send you information you have asked for, and measure our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing messages

We only send commercial emails or SMS with your consent, identify ourselves in every message and include a way to unsubscribe, in line with the Spam Act 2003.

Client data we process

When we build systems for clients we process their customers' data on their behalf and only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services, using reputable cloud and AI providers under appropriate terms.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel) to understand how the website is used and to measure advertising.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Some providers may store data outside Australia.

Access and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@xgrow.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
