Our story

Why XGROW exists

Matheus Bessa started his career in marketing at Unilever Brazil, where he spent six years learning how big brands turn attention into customers — with data, process and relentless follow-up. Small businesses rarely have any of that.

Working with service businesses in Australia, he kept seeing the same thing: excellent operators losing work because enquiries went unanswered, quotes were never chased and customer details were scattered across five apps. The fix wasn’t working harder. It was building a system.

That is what XGROW does. We combine a CRM, marketing automation and AI agents into one system shaped around each business — and we stay on to train the team and keep improving it. More than 1,000 automations later, the goal is unchanged: help business owners grow without drowning in admin.

Most CRM and automation providers hand over a finished product and move on. With XGROW, support is ongoing — and it never comes from a bot or an assistant. You deal directly with the owners from start to finish: people who understand every part of your system and exactly what your business needs.
